Returns
We accept returns for items that are in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure your return is processed smoothly:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging, labels, and accessories intact.
    • Products that are damaged, used, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return.
    • We do not accept returns for personalized items or final sale products.
  2. How to Return an Item:

    • We will provide you with a return authorization and a return shipping label if applicable.
    • Securely package the item, including all original packaging, and ship it back to us using the return shipping label we provide.
  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order.
    • If the item is eligible for a return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  1. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria.
    • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any applicable shipping costs.
    • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    If the item has been opened or used, or if the product is returned without its original packaging or accessories, we may issue a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the condition of the returned item.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@electshop.click. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please provide clear photos or videos of the damage to assist with the claims process.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized items (e.g., engraved watches)
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
